Steve Irwin’s Son Visits ‘The Tonight Show’ And Is Living Out His Dad’s Legacy!

Steve Irwin had such a positive impact on his children while he was alive that both his son and daughter are following in his footsteps. Bindi, the late Steve Irwin’s daughter, is an international award-winning wildlife conservationists, and thirteen-year-old Robert Irwin is the spitting image of his dad — his looks and his love for animals!

Robert Irwin appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday evening and showed off his amazing handling of exotic animals. His father, Steve, died in 2006 after being struck by a stingray barb, but it’s clear he passed the torch along to his children before he passed.

“It’s so cool to see you like this,” Fallon said to Robert. “You’re actually your Dad.” It’s doubtful that this will be Robert’s last television appearance, as he has been on Discovery Kids’ Wild But True.

His father’s love for animals shines right through Robert, and we can’t wait to see what amazing thing he does next!
